What you are agreeing to when you buy a ball.

Who you are dealing with

Customized Balls sells personalized display balls online. Buying from us means accepting what is on this page.

What these balls are

They are display pieces, sent with a stand, for a shelf rather than for play. They carry no team, league or maker's marks.

Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy, and we accept it by making the ball. If we cannot make it, we will say so and refund you in full rather than send something else.

The name you choose

We print the name exactly as it appears on your order, so check the spelling before you pay. We may decline a name that is offensive or that uses someone else's trademark, and refund you in full if we do.

Prices

Prices are shown in United States dollars and may change. The price you pay is the one shown when you order.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not promises. We are responsible for getting the ball made and handed over correctly. Once it is with the carrier, their timescales apply.

If something goes wrong

A ball that arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered is replaced or refunded. Tell us within 30 days of it arriving. The returns page has the detail, including what happens if you change your mind.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the ball being what we described and arriving in good order. We are not responsible for losses beyond the value of the order, and nothing here limits any right the law gives you that cannot be limited.

Changes

These terms can change. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed.

Governing law

New Zealand law governs these terms. That does not deprive you of the protection of consumer law in your own country.
